A whole team.One subscription.

Your butler.On your phone.

AI staff take the routine off your sales and accounts teams: orders, invoices, late payments, stock. From €1,000 a month, instead of a whole department's payroll.

School, clubs, doctors, shopping, bills. It remembers, so you don't have to. Just text it or send a voice message.

Every day, someone copies orders from email into invoices, matches payments and recounts the stock.

The work has to be done.

It just doesn't take a department's worth of salaries anymore.

The school group chat, swimming on Tuesdays, the dentist, the electricity bill and a passport that expires in four months.

Someone keeps all of it in their head.

Usually it's Mum.

Now it's Majordomo.

Seven jobs. Zero sick days.

Six things off your mind.

Each one has a clear job description, just like someone on your payroll. Start with one and add the rest when you're ready.

That never-ending to-do list nobody but you can see. Now an assistant keeps track of it.

Smaller jobs — a good place to start

Wholesale trading

Before

Orders come in by email and messaging apps. Someone retypes them into invoices by hand, and a few get lost along the way.

Now

Dozens of invoices a day are drafted automatically. The team just checks them.

What the AI employees do. Read the order, create the invoice in your accounting software and send it to the customer once you click "Approve".

Order manager, Inbox and customer replies

Marketplace selling

Before

Each marketplace has its own listings and its own stock numbers. Reviews sit unanswered for days.

Now

Listings and stock match everywhere. A reply to each review is ready within the hour — it just needs your OK.

What the AI employees do. Update listings, keep stock in sync across marketplaces and draft replies to reviews.

Marketplace manager

Distribution

Before

Who owes how much is visible only in the accounting software. Reminders go out whenever someone remembers.

Now

Customers get polite reminders on time. Every Monday you get a summary: who owes, how much and since when.

What the AI employees do. Match payments, prepare reminders and send them once you approve. Put together a weekly summary.

Accounts receivable

For the owner

Before

To find out how much you made, you had to pull numbers from several places. There was rarely time for it.

Now

By 8 am there's a message waiting: revenue, costs and profit for each channel.

What the AI employees do. Gather sales, marketplace fees and costs, work out the profit and write a short note on what changed.

We run on it ourselves

We have a family trading business. We sell wholesale and on marketplaces.

AI employees keep our stock records, issue invoices, update product listings, answer reviews, send mailings to wholesale buyers and work out profit by channel. We never hired people for these jobs.

We give them tasks on Telegram — by text or voice, like we would any other employee. On a call, we'll show you how it works live.

What other companies got

These aren't our projects. These are examples from other teams. The numbers are as published.

Illustration of a butler at an old film projector in a small home cinema

Fifty seconds instead of a sales pitch.

A quick look at who's on the staff and what each one does.

What routine work really costs you

Picture a company with ten people who spend their days sending out invoices. With taxes, each one costs the owner about €3,000 a month — €360,000 a year for the whole team. Between them they issue 1,200 invoices a month, three minutes apiece. That's 60 hours of actual work across all ten — roughly a third of one person's month. Yet the owner pays ten salaries.

We're not suggesting anyone should be let go. With AI, one person can take on the work that used to need several people. Give it to your best person first, and within a month you'll see what they can really do.

Companies are already changing how they work around AI. Most of them are still only experimenting with it, not using it every day. There's still time to get ahead of it.

Our AI staff run a real business.

Our own trading company. Orders, a warehouse, late-paying customers — all real. Two teams work there.

40 years

The management team

Sales, purchasing, warehouse, finance, people. They know where the company loses time and money, and decide which work to hand to AI.

Every day

The AI team

Runs sales on marketplaces and wholesale, prepares invoices and reports, keeps an eye on stock and unpaid invoices. With our own money, not in a demo.

We only started offering it to others once it worked for us.

Not just for trading companies

What owners usually ask

Is it expensive?

Personal is €100 a month, Executive €500, Business from €1,000. Compare that with what the people and hours spent on this routine cost you now. We start with one job that pays for itself quickly. In our own company, AI does this work and we haven't hired anyone for it.

Can I get my money back if it doesn't work out?

Yes. Write to us within 14 days of paying for your first month, and we'll refund that month in full. No need to explain why.

Our business is different. Will this work for us?

We train the employee on your own documents, price lists and correspondence. Your quirks are exactly what we teach it. Marketplaces and wholesale, where we work, have plenty of quirks too, and it copes with ours.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

The AI prepares, a person checks. Anything that goes out waits for your "Approve". And once a mistake is corrected, it won't happen again.

Will Majordomo replace my employees?

No. It takes the routine off their plate: copying numbers from an email into an invoice, matching payments, answering the question that comes up ten times a day. Your people keep the customers, the negotiations and the decisions. If that means you decide not to hire one more person, that's your call. It isn't something we push for.

We already use ChatGPT. Isn't this the same?

ChatGPT answers questions. An AI employee does the work inside your software: creates the invoice, sends it after your "Approve", records the payment.

We already bought an "AI sales assistant". It never worked.

That usually happens when someone sells you the software and leaves, and there's nobody on your side to set it up. We set it up and run it ourselves. You pay for what actually works.

What about data security?

Each employee sees only what it needs for its job. The keys stay with you. The most sensitive data can be handled on your own computer, without the cloud.

We're small. Is it too early for us?

We start with one job. We're a family business ourselves, and it works for us.

I don't have time, and I'm not technical.

You don't need to be. The work is on our side. All we need from you is two or three calls and access to your data. After that, you just text or send a voice message, like you would to any employee.

Won't we end up depending on you?

No. Your data, your rules and everything about your business stay with you.

Illustration of a butler with a tray and cloche standing in the doorway of a dark study

Which routine eats up most of your time?

What are you keeping in your head that Majordomo could carry instead?

Write to us. We'll work out what it costs you and show you who on the staff could take it over.

Write to us. We'll show you how it works in our own home.
